How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?
Australia:
Express Shipping (1–4 business days): Free shipping for orders over AUD 99; AUD 7.99 flat rate for orders below. Shipped via Australia Post.
United Kingdom, European Union, North America, Asia, Middle East, Oceania, and other countries (excluding remote regions not covered by standard courier services):
Express Shipping (6–27 business days): Free shipping for orders over USD 299; USD 30 flat rate for orders below. Shipped via Australia Post or other international courier services.
Note:📦 Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location or peak seasons.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our Melbourne warehouse.
- Orders confirmed before 1 PM AEST are dispatched the same day.
- Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods.
- If your order includes pre-order items, in-stock products will ship first, and pre-orders will be sent separately once available.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, international shipping is available to all countries listed at checkout.
- Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
What does “pre-order” mean?
- “Pre-order” refers to items currently en route to our warehouse and not yet available for dispatch.
- You can reserve your item now, and we will ship it as soon as it arrives.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock portion will ship first.
