We want you to shop with absolute confidence and try your pieces in the comfort of your own home.
• Return Window: We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
• Refund Timeline: Once our Melbourne Studio receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
📦 How do I make a return?
We keep it simple—no hassle, no complicated forms.
1. Initiate: Simply email your Order Number and a photo of the item to support@auluna.com to start your request.
2. Ship: Follow the instructions to send the item back to our Melbourne Service Centre.
- Within Australia: We offer FREE Returns (we cover the return shipping).
- International & EU Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. (For EU customers, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully protected).

Every Auluna piece embodies our confidence in our craftsmanship. We are proud to offer a 2-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
What We Cover (Our Responsibility):
• Functional failure or breakage of clasps.
• Loose gemstone or pearl settings.
• Faulty links or chain craftsmanship.
Care & Wear (Not Covered):
•Jewelry holds memories, and time leaves its mark. The warranty does not cover: Tarnish or loss of luster due to exposure to chemicals (perfumes, lotions, etc.), oxidation caused by individual skin pH levels, natural wearing off of the plating layer, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
