How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Australia:

• Express Shipping (1–4 business days): FREE for orders over AUD 99; AUD 7.99 flat rate for orders below. Shipped securely via Australia Post.

United Kingdom, European Union, North America, Asia, Middle East, Oceania, and other regions (excluding remote areas):

• Standard International Shipping (6–27 business days): FREE for orders over USD 119 (or equivalent in your local currency); USD 30 flat rate for orders below. Shipped via Australia Post International or trusted local courier services.

Note: 📦 All delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary depending on customs clearance, your specific location, or peak seasonal volumes.

When will my order be shipped?

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Melbourne warehouse.
• Orders confirmed before 1 PM AEST/AEDT are dispatched on the same business day.
• Please allow additional processing time (1–3 business days) during major promotional events or holiday seasons.
• Split Shipping for Pre-orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the in-stock products will be shipped first. Pre-order items will be sent separately at no extra shipping cost once they arrive at our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

• Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries available at checkout.
• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any import duties, taxes (such as VAT or customs fees), and clearance fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

What does “pre-order” mean?

• “Pre-order” indicates that an item is currently in production or en route to our warehouse and is not yet ready for immediate dispatch.
• By placing a pre-order, you reserve the piece. We will ship it to you automatically as soon as it arrives.
